Doodling Last-Minute Holiday Gift Wrap

Care to doodle anyone?

It’s definitely not my strong suit. But my husband wanted me to wrap a gift for one of his sisters, and since I had some Kraft paper on hand, of course, I had to be all extra. 🙄

I like planning drawings. But, there was no time for that today and sometimes, you just have to go with the flow. I imagined doodling on the paper with the same pens and markers I used to make my holiday cards this year.

But, doodling?

I can draw well enough. But, I have contemplated taking a whole class to learn doodling!

I had a deadline of an hour and a half…Once I had downed two cups of coffee, I got started.

It was slow going. But, it worked out. I made some goofs. But, overall, repeating doodles with slight variations and turning the paper every once in awhile helped me get done quickly enough.
